You need a reasonably clear area for a professional massage table and enough room for Tae to move safely around it. Preparation instructions are sent after booking.
No. Start with what you feel, where you notice it, how it affects you, and what change would make the session worthwhile. The focused intake helps shape the session from there.
It is a focused first session. The priority is the area or pattern affecting you most rather than rushing through every region of the body. The exact plan is established during intake.
You may undress only to your level of comfort. Professional draping is used throughout the session, and only the area currently being addressed is uncovered. Clothing and positioning can be adjusted based on your comfort and the planned work.
No. The Capacity Reset is a complete standalone appointment. Tae will explain what appears reasonable afterward, but continued service is always your decision.
When an ongoing recovery rhythm is recommended, your full $99 Capacity Reset payment may be applied toward a qualifying 28-day plan containing at least 120 minutes of care. The plan must be started within seven calendar days of your Reset. The credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with another introductory offer.
